After suddenly being charged £40 a month after our holiday. Had to chase through general enquiries for a deposit refund. Total outgoing was £1117.44.
Total returned, £986.44. Was told by general enquiries to request a statement though customer services. The email i was given was unrecognised. Sent one through to one suggested on another complaint site and the reply was to try the email they gave which also no longer exists.
Found a goldcar page with invoice request section which doesn’t recognise the details i have on the paperwork rental agreement. Stumped!
They also charged 69euro for less than half a tank.
Summary, they dont know what they are doing and may dip into your account whenever they feel like it. There isn’t a functioning customer complaint dept i assume due to most customers complaining.
